WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
Afterpay is a payment option that allows you to pay for your jewellery or watch over four instalments, interest free.
Please note: The transaction limit on Afterpay transactions is $2,000.
HOW IT WORKS
- Add your jewellery or watch to your shopping cart and select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout.
- Then you can either:
Login to your Afterpay account use your existing payment card.
Follow prompts to create an Afterpay account. No long forms, instant approval online
- Pay over four equal payments. Pay fortnightly, enjoy your purchase straight away

USING AFTERPAY FOR THE FIRST TIME
If you are using Afterpay for the first time to buy your jewellery or watch, you can simply choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. You will be prompted to create an Afterpay account and confirm and pay the first of four instalments up front. The remaining three payments will be deducted each fortnight over the remaining 6 weeks.
First time users will be charged the first payment at checkout with following payments automatically charged to their nominated credit/debit card every 2 weeks.
All you need to start
To be eligible to use Afterpay you must:
- be at least 18 years old
- need an Australian residential address
- provide a valid delivery address in Australia
- have an Australian credit or debit card
How do I return/exchange an item purchased with Afterpay?
You can obtain a refund for your jewellery or watch by posting it to our Online Store Returns/Exchange address or exchange in store for product or a gift card.
What if I can’t pay an instalment or I am late on Afterpay payments?
If a payment for your jewellery or watch is due from you but not received by Afterpay in accordance with the payment schedule, a $10 late payment fee will be charged, with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment remains unpaid.
