That means every piece of jewellery, every watch and every accessory you purchase from us is 100% genuine, brand-new stock sourced through official distribution channels - and is covered by the full manufacturer warranty, exactly as if you'd bought it from the brand directly.

Your warranty is automatically valid with your proof of purchase (your order confirmation or tax invoice), so there's nothing extra to register unless noted below. If anything goes wrong with your purchase due to a manufacturing fault, we'll work with you and the manufacturer to repair or replace it.

Wolf Warranty

WOLF offers a limited 5-year worldwide warranty on its watch winders and jewellery cases, covering manufacturer defects. Warranty registration can be completed on the Wolf website.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo which depicts the fault. We'll assess the claim and arrange repair or replacement with the manufacturer on your behalf. Please keep your order confirmation - it's your proof of purchase and validates your warranty.

Warranties generally cover manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship. They don't cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or lost or stolen items. Please note that watch batteries are not covered under warranty - batteries are a consumable item with a limited life, and a battery reaching the end of its charge is normal, not a manufacturing fault. Likewise, damage to watch bands and straps is not covered, as leather, rubber, textile and metal bands are subject to everyday wear and tear from regular use, moisture and exposure. If your watch needs a new battery or your band is showing its age, replacement watch bands are available in our watch bands collection, and our customer service team can point you to a battery replacement option for your watch.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

The benefits provided by these manufacturer warranties are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
