How can I clean my jewellery at home?
You can clean your jewellery at home by gently rubbing a jewellery/polishing cloth to remove any dirt/chemicals to make your jewellery look shiny and new again.

To avoid premature wear on your jewellery, avoid spraying perfume/cologne or rubbing any lotions or creams on your jewellery or skin that has contact with your jewellery. When not wearing your jewellery, store it in a cool, dry place.

I'm wanting to purchase a gift for a friend, will the jewellery be sent with a receipt with the price?
All jewellery and watches arrive with a gift receipt for returns and has all pricing and tags removed.

What do I do if my jewellery or watch arrives damaged?
We strive to ensure each watch or piece of jewellery is carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
