Jewellery Boutique ships across Australia and to New Zealand. Every order is tracked, and Australian orders over $99AUD get free express shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

How long does delivery take?

• Australia: 1–5 business days
• New Zealand: 5–15 business days

We send Australian parcels by express service where possible. Larger, bulkier items such as jewellery boxes are sent by standard service. Delivery times may be longer during Christmas and promotional periods.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Every order includes tracking, and the details are added to your order once it ships. Log in to My Account to view it.

Is a signature required?

Yes. Because we send jewellery and watches, a signature is required on all deliveries. If you ask the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place, we can't accept liability for lost deliveries.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

New Zealand GST, customs and duties

We charge in Australian dollars, so the price your card is charged will depend on your card provider's exchange rate. New Zealand orders worth more than about NZ$300 may incur GST, customs charges and duties once the parcel reaches New Zealand. The recipient pays these directly to the NZ Customs Service or its authorised provider. Your bank may also charge currency conversion or administration fees on purchases and refunds.
