1. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

2. Competition Period
The competition opens on 1st October 2026 and closes on 21st October 2026 at 11:59PM AEDT. Any entries received outside of this period will not be valid.

3. How to Enter
To be eligible for entry, participants must complete both of the following steps during the competition period:

• Follow @jewelleryboutiqueau on Instagram
• Sign up to the Jewellery Boutique newsletter and SMS list via the link in bio

Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. Multiple entries per person are not permitted.

4. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be announced via @jewelleryboutiqueau Instagram Stories on 22nd October 2026.

5. Prize
The prize is as stated in the promotional post. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

6. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message following the announcement. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Jewellery Boutique reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Privacy
Personal information collected via the newsletter sign-up will be handled in accordance with Jewellery Boutique's Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to receiving email communications from Jewellery Boutique. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

8. General
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta or Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram of any responsibility and agree to Instagram's terms of use. Jewellery Boutique reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition at any time without notice.
